Load up the Story Upload Template, hit edit to view the source, and copy it to the clipboard.
Make your new page.
Paste in the Story Upload Template, customizing it to fit your story.
paste in your story. ( If you're coming from Microsoft Word: Save file as Filtered HTML and then view the source, copying it.)
REMOVE the
<HTML> and <BODY>
tags from what you've pasted.
If you are submitting for the first time, there's going to be a category made for your username (assuming you're following the template). Click on the link to it from your story and enter

```
on your page, so it auto-links your name to the Authors list on the sidebar.
