<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:200%'>Jedite was idly torturing a small
rodent in his lair while contemplating the events of the recent excursion into
the 31<sup>st</sup> century. He, as well as Tomoe the younger, the spore and
the white moon cat had ventured into the future by way of his 1:1 ratio time
machine (a modified cryogenic pod) to depose that annoying moon brat become
queen. After arriving they had met Jedite’s future self. But the galling thing
was he had somehow become some sort of neo-hippie!</p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:200%'>‘<i>Me, the great Jedite,
subjugator of the weak, a </i>hippie<i>!? Who the hell would ever take a </i>hippie<i>
of all people seriously?</i>’</p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:200%'>Suddenly a thought hit him.</p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:200%'>“Of <i>course</i>… no one <i>would</i>
take a hippie seriously...”</p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:200%'>He began to ponder this further.</p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:200%'>‘<i>A hippie wouldn’t be taken
seriously at all. A hippie would be ignored and dismissed as a non-threat. A
hippie could plot and partake in subversion and never be discovered.</i>’</p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:200%'>“And then when the opportunity
presented itself, the charade could be thrown off, the true nature revealed,
the destruction of the foolish and complacent defenders would soon follow, and
I could rise to my rightful position as Maximum Leader of all reality…”</p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:200%'>Jedite nodded to himself. It was
such sheer genius! His future self’s demeanor made perfect sense now. </p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:200%'>“Absolute genius, it makes perfect
sense that a great evil mind such as mine would devise such an ingenious ploy.”</p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:200%'>In the present in public he would
vehemently deny that such a thing was possible. His future self, when they met
would obviously remember the plan and keep up the farce even in front of his
past self to maintain the illusion and perception of being a hippie and not a
‘threat’ to those accursed senshi.</p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:200%'>Just then a small rip in space time
opened on the ground near Jedite and out rolled a crumpled paper before it
sealed up again. Jedite picked up the wad of paper and opened it to reveal a
note.</p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:200%'>            ‘<i>To my 21<sup>st</sup>
Century self,</i></p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:200%'><i>            By this time you
have devised/discovered</i></p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='text-indent:.5in;line-height:200%'><i>what will be
one of our greatest weapons</i></p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='text-indent:.5in;line-height:200%'><i>against the
senshi. Destroy this note after</i></p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='text-indent:.5in;line-height:200%'><i>reading it.</i></p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='text-indent:.5in;line-height:200%'><i>Yourself,
Jedite of the 31<sup>st</sup> Century</i>’</p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:200%'>Jedite smirked knowing that this
plan was assured of success now. He re-crumpled the paper and channeled Dark Ki
into his palm instantly immolating the scrap of paper. He headed off to the den
where the sounds of his housemate’s activities and conversations could be heard
to partake in one of his favorite pastimes.</p>

<p class=MsoNormal style='line-height:200%'>“Heh, time to go raise some hell
for Ten’ou.”</p>
